"I’ve had several years of experience with this company. Last week (July of 2026) I had Cory out to repair the door in one of my buildings and do a periodic maintenance (PM) on the doors in both of my buildings. Residential property with two detached garages.
I cannot say enough about how friendly he was. He got my repair taken care of, was able to replace my lower seal, and got me two new remotes and activated them.
When I called to schedule the repair the receptionist lady was super friendly and helpful. She was very upfront about their workload and said that even though they couldn’t get here for two weeks, she would keep me in mind if there was a cancellation. She was also really helpful and knowledgeable when I asked about getting two new remotes.
I would definitely recommend these folks for your garage door needs. Prompt, friendly, respectful of property, professional, and the list goes on."

"I am long overdue with this review. A few weeks back my mother had an issue with her older garage door and opener. The team at Gregs Garage Door Service came over and instead of trying to sell her a new door figured out a great way to repair the issue. Saving her thousands of dollars. We did need a new opener and they did a great job of taking care of that too. Highly recommend!"

I spoke with Debby on Thursday of last week and she was able to get me scheduled for the following Monday. Their employee was here promptly at 8:30 and knocked all three out in no time. He was very helpful in showing me the setup and how to use the features. Just an all around great guy and it showed in his work and customer service, which is harder to find these days.
